Helping people understand workflow and build better work processes has been my passion and my career
pursuit since university. You could say I was born into this work, following in the footsteps of my
father who, in turn, followed the path blazed by his father, my grandfather, Ben S. Graham. He is
recognized as the founder of Paperwork Simplification (developed here in Dayton, OH!), the first
