Business Process Improvement Workshops

We offer 2 & 3 day in-house education workshops that you can customize to meet your specific requirements - (Management Overview, Project Facilitator Education, Data Collection, Using the Software, Analysis, Calculating Benefits and Costs, Preparing and Presenting Recommendation Proposals...all geared toward improving productivity and performance.)

Process Mapping Software

Would you like to create PDF format charts that you can send to other folks or upload on your website?  Try  Doro Pdf Writer.  It is free and works well with Graham Process Mapping Software.  (Note: While most 3rd party drivers work, Adobe pdf driver doesn't work with our software.)

When I want to print a large wall chart for a Team meeting, if there is no plotter available, I create a pdf chart that I can send or take to a business center for printing.  I set the paper size for the chart I want to print.  For instance,  I can create a pdf chart that is 24" x 120".  This will print out 10 feet long on a 24" wide plotter roll.
